Varios reportes comunicaron diferentes tipos de vasculitis en asociación temporal con una variedad vacunas, y más recientemente las vacunas para enfermedad por SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). Sin embargo, la escasez estudios controlados heterogeneidad metodológica los no permiten conclusión clara sobre su relación causal. Informamos el caso un varón que desarrolló leucocitoclástica, confirmada biopsia piel sin compromiso sistémico, luego inmunización contra COVID-19 vacuna AstraZeneca.
